I used to volunteer very regularly with The Rescue Faerie (https://www.rescuefaerie.org/), a non-profit that brings dogs from Los Cabos, Mexico to Portland, Oregon. I slowed down dramatically when the rescue starting running a few minutes further away from my house. Inspired by Good Days, I thought I’d get back to it….after all, puppies!! I visited with adorable puppies and cleaned up after them….and took some bad photos. They were adopted almost immediately so I’m glad I didn’t miss them.
